The Erlanger City Council adopted municipal orders Jan. 7 to fill and extend several board seats.
A municipal order approved the appointment of Vicki Kyles to the Urban Forestry Commission to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Meg Casper; the appointment runs through Dec. 31, 2025. The council adopted that municipal order by voice vote; a numerical roll-call tally was not recorded in the meeting transcript.
In a separate municipal order, the council approved the reappointment of John McVay and Terry Faro to the Board of Adjustment, with terms running through January 2029. That order also passed by voice vote; no individual vote tallies were read aloud.
Both items were presented by the mayor and moved through the agenda as municipal orders; council members indicated unanimous consent by responding "aye" when asked. The minutes will record the first and final actions per city procedure.
