On 446 West Walnut (referred to in discussion as a structure needing demolition review and salvage), staff recommended preparing a Kentucky historic resource form and pursuing documentation and salvage options before any further action. House told the board she had discussed the site with the Kentucky Heritage Council and recommended a historic resource form as a baseline; for more-significant structures she said architectural drawings might be required.
