The item is in the Portland Road zoning district and was before the board for site plan, conditional‑use and preliminary subdivision review. The tabling allows the applicant additional time to respond to staff and peer‑review comments; the board and staff will coordinate a hearing date if the April 1 slot becomes crowded.
