The Planning Board continued review of the proposed private roadway at 197 Jenkins Road to April 15 after the applicant and engineer did not appear at the March 18 meeting.
Planning staff told the board the applicant was not present and recommended tabling the item because no tabling memo had been provided in advance. Board member Jeff moved to adjust the agenda so the item could be taken later; the board approved that procedural motion 5‑0. After staff confirmed they had not received any communications from the applicant, the board voted to continue the application review to the April 15 meeting so the applicant can provide the outstanding materials and appear before the board.
Jeff noted the packet included several outstanding submissions requested by the city engineer and suggested the item be held until staff confirm the applicant has provided the requested material to avoid occupying a full agenda slot with an incompletely prepared application. Planning staff recommended proceeding with April 15 on this occasion; the board approved the continuance 5‑0.
The application is presented by Trillium Engineering Group and remains under review. The board instructed staff to coordinate with the applicant and the city engineer to bring the item back only when necessary materials and responses are submitted.
