Members noted that water‑related tasks currently require only a few hours a week but could increase as new customers are added; they asked the administrator to budget the position at 35 hours if appropriate.
The board directed the administrator to proceed with the offer and to coordinate start timing with the incumbent’s retirement and onboarding plans.
