KPFF consultant agreement (item pulled for discussion): Council approved a consultant agreement with KPFF for engineering services for the 150 Sixth Avenue shared-use path in an amount not to exceed $900,000, amended to require the city return to council at 60% design to review tree impacts and alternatives. Public Works staff committed to minimize tree impacts where feasible and to present alternatives and cost trade-offs at the 60% design gate; construction contracting will return to council later.
