County releases timeline for RFP to redevelop 1102 Hollywood Boulevard

Rachel Carr, community services manager, and Social Services Director North Jacoby told the Board of Supervisors the county would release the RFP on Feb. 21, hold an informational session and tour on March 3, and accept questions during two scheduled Q&A periods that would be posted publicly. Responses will be due by 12 p.m. on April 4, and staff will use April to convene a review committee and expect to bring recommendations to the board in early May.
Board members expressed support for the schedule and encouraged staff outreach to secure a robust list of applicants. County staff said they had taken input from legal and other departments and would continue coordinating with stakeholders before the RFP is published.
