With four supervisors present, the Johnson County Board of Supervisors approved the work session agenda Wednesday after unanimously agreeing to strike agenda item c4, a memorandum of understanding with the State of Iowa Department of Management regarding next-generation endpoint detection and response software.
The motion to approve the agenda was moved by Supervisor Sullivan and seconded by Supervisor Fixmer Rais. Fixmer Rais, Green, Green Douglas and Sullivan all voted aye, and the chair declared the motion carried.
The removed item was described during the meeting as a memorandum of understanding for managed endpoint security including PCs and servers; the board did not take additional action on the substance of that memorandum at the work session.
The board then moved on to scheduled public business and presentations.
