Wagner cited Board policy 57‑10 in her remarks: “The board will be responsible for providing transportation only between the student’s legal residence and the school which they have been assigned unless otherwise authorized,” she said, adding the policy allows the board to make additional transportation services where necessary to fulfill identified educational needs.
