She said some of the biggest substantive changes reviewed with the Planning & Zoning Commission were a proposed reduction of minimum residential lot sizes (Jessica said she had tested a reduction by 2,000 sq ft across residential zones) and clearer language allowing nonstandard building techniques (including connex/container homes) in the city’s highest-density residential zone (R-4).
