The Fiscal Review Committee moved to approve budget amendments for the county general fund, the debt service fund, the road department fund and the general purpose school fund; each motion was seconded and the commission approved the measures. Clerk announcements during the roll call recorded 22 voting, 0 no, and 2 absent for the budget amendment items where the clerk announced counts. The Planning Committee separately moved to approve a 10-year plan for solid waste and the commission approved that motion by voice vote.
During announcements, a commissioner asked the mayor for a brief status update on county revenue ahead of budget season. The mayor said February revenue will be included in a full report at the next meeting and summarized current collections: "We're doing okay. Sales tax is still doing good," he said, and added that property-tax payment timing (including online payments) affects month-to-month comparisons. The mayor said commissioners will receive a revenue report at the next meeting covering about nine months of data.

Smith; Regina Walker; John Wessels; Casey Williams; and Rachel Zutsman.
All motions were approved during the meeting; where the clerk announced vote counts, the transcript shows 22 yes, 0 no and 2 absent.
