Representative Lowe moved adoption of the criminal justice package with no provisos pulled. Representative Crawford moved adoption of the transportation and regulatory packet with no pulls. Representative Murphy, representing the constitutional subcommittee, pulled proviso 117.Afd and moved adoption of the remaining constitutional packet.
The chair said provisos that conform to funding will be carried over until the following day for money-related review; the pulled provisos will be addressed individually after the lunch recess. The committee adjourned to the call of the chair to reconvene later.
