County staff said the Nicholson Lake revision complies with the notice requirements under the Texas Local Government Code and noted adjustments were made to accommodate on-site septic setbacks.
Finally, the court approved payment of accounts payable totaling $369,782.88. County staff called out a $25,000 payment to the volunteer fire department pension account and identified routine monthly and weekly bills as part of the total.
