Later in the meeting the board addressed an uncontested agenda item (item 2). A motion to adopt item 2 was made and seconded; Clerk Tyler called a roll-call vote. Board member McGuire, Board member Morgan, Board member Firestone, Vice Chair D'Adamo and Chair Esquivel voted "Aye." The motion passed unanimously.
Both items were recorded as adopted in the meeting minutes.
