City Council hears tennis court update, approves LRC report and adds CCMG grant refund to claims

Council then voted to approve the LRC report, a required annual submission, and later approved claims and payroll. During the claims discussion the clerk and mayor noted a CCMG 2023-2 grant project came in under budget and the unspent portion would be refunded to NDOT; the council added that item to the claims and approved the packet.
