Our kids won't have to travel outside to another place,” the board member said, and recommended the board approve the MOU.
The board moved, seconded and voted by voice to approve the consent agenda; no member voiced opposition and the motion passed. The consent agenda also included approval of previous meeting minutes and payment of monthly claims.
Motion: Approve consent agenda including MOU with Pathways Incorporated. Outcome: Approved (voice vote).
