Director Zomber asked for more information about the purchase orders for electric yellow buses in the item. Administration said it will provide the requested background and email the detailed information about the electric-bus acquisition and the related purchase orders to the board.
Director Zomber moved to approve the exception-to-bid contracts as presented; the motion passed 5–0.
