- Planning process and Title 11/12 amendments: Commissioners and commenters discussed a planning department update and proposed amendments to BCRC Titles 11 (planning) and 12 (land use). County officials said separate workshops on Titles 11 and 12 are planned and that meeting packets and attachments are posted on the county calendar; staff urged the public to check meeting pages for draft materials.
