The committee recommended acceptance of all bid packages except the electrical package, authorized county board chair signature on contract documents and proposed an allocation of funds (discussed in the meeting in the neighborhood of $1.2 million) to cover construction, administration, contingency and related items. The board approved the recommendation by motion.
