Staff presented and the board recommended approval of a rezoning for parcels used by Hamilton Auto at 904 West Academy Street, converting about 1.233 acres from residential density to General Commercial Conditional zoning and approving a corresponding land-use-plan amendment to Suburban Commercial and Open Space.
