Kelty said the owner obtained an order of conditions from the Conservation Commission for the principal dwelling but must return to obtain approval covering the garage because part of the site is within 200 feet of a named brook.
A board member asked for clarification on the conservation status; the chair and counsel confirmed that the garage will require additional filings and that any building permit should be conditioned on Conservation Commission approvals. The board moved to approve the variances with the condition that all required approvals from the Conservation Commission be obtained before building permits are issued.
The board’s vote was recorded by roll call as favorable and the chair announced the application approved with the conservation condition.
