Pontiac council honors Quest All Star Athletics and longtime resident Clyde Kemp

The council also presented an adopted resolution honoring Mr. Clyde Kemp for decades of neighborhood stewardship and entrepreneurship. Councilman Parker read the resolution recounting Mr. Kemp’s history as a contractor and neighbor advocate; Mr. Kemp accepted the resolution and said about 300 Pontiac residents had petitioned in favor of the action.
