Weather and maintenance - Staff reported minor weather‑related damage to a fence at the softball complex and a small pothole; no major damages or insurance claims were anticipated. Facilities staff also noted recent work to address a water issue at Lily Lake that allowed buildings to open on schedule.
No votes were taken on the items presented; staff will return with bid documents, cost estimates and recommended rental fee language for future board action.
