Frederick County supervisors vote to refund $195,960 overcollection to Lake Holiday homeowners

Supervisor Lockridge said the treasurer planned to credit the eligible homeowner accounts for June billing, and the board amended the motion on the floor to include the supplemental appropriation before voting.
