Applicant APRO Development told the commission the planned facility will serve heavy repairs—engine‑out work, transmissions and other services for semi trucks and tractor‑trailers—not passenger vehicles, and the site plan shows truck‑sized service bays, truck and trailer parking and a separate passenger vehicle lot for employees and visitors.
