Council adopts mid-year budget amendment, approves utility engineering task order and routine municipal items

Firefighter medicals contract: The council approved a one-year extension (final available extension) of the contract for firefighter physicals with Bluegrass Business Health at existing prices; staff will re-bid after this extension. The motion passed by voice vote.
Police surplus vehicles: The council approved municipal orders to surplus two older patrol vehicles (2015 and 2016 Chargers) after staff identified high maintenance costs and collision damage; the motion passed by voice vote.
Other items: The council also approved other housekeeping items and administrative motions included in the packet. Where a roll-call tally was provided, votes were unanimous; other items were adopted by voice vote with no recorded nays.
