- Sale of used bucket truck: Motion to award sale of used bucket truck (2008 Ford F-750, Altec 55-foot boom, 57,881 miles) to Russell Walls for $16,500; moved by Councilman Mike Bradley, seconded by Councilman Holland; passed unanimously.
