Joint committees advance multiple resolutions on climate, ag corridors and conservation; several bills set for follow-up

- SCR 139 / SR 157 (requesting designation of Central Oahu agricultural corridor and infrastructure prioritization): Passed as is.
- SCR 164 / SR 133 (requesting rules to authorize rodeos on agricultural-zoned land): Passed with technical amendments; committee report to include amendments for clarity.
- SCR 183 / SR 153 (endorsement of Aloha+ Challenge targets): Passed as is; DLNR witness highlighted current 22% watershed forest protection toward a 30% goal.
