Residents urge expanded transit routes and safety fixes at Needles parks

Multiple other residents announced community events and programs—from a college color run to a community chili cookoff—and several speakers asked the council to consider budget or in‑kind support for local events. The council closed public comment after the speakers and proceeded to the next agenda items.
