City records completion of neighborhood beautification projects; council accepts six notices of completion

Staff explained that one contractor completed eight projects and a second contractor completed the remaining four projects and two additional properties; staff asked the council to accept the six projects now ready for recording the notices of completion with the county.
At least one property owner spoke in support, thanking the city and contractors. Council accepted the completion items by roll call; staff will record the notices of completion as required and close out the files for those properties.
