She said the revised budget would maintain the city's minimum reserve of 10%.
On the MPUA side, Delio reported an additional $20,000 in interest income and noted wastewater professional‑services increases tied to a rain study and hydrovac work. The utility board had already approved MPUA changes prior to the council action.
Council members moved and seconded adoption of the resolutions for the general fund and MPUA; the roll-call vote on each resolution recorded unanimous approval in the meeting minutes.
