ZBA continues two Flannery cases to Feb. 6 after discussion of prior continuances

Several members recalled multiple prior continuances and agreed staff should review the file to confirm the number of continuances and whether any prior hearing acceptance constituted the start of a hearing for purposes of the limit. The motion to continue was made, seconded and carried without recorded opposition.
