The presentation by Public Works Director Dana Webb, Senior Project Engineer Patty Nelson and Finance Director Matt Sook summarized the loan terms, the projects included in the program and how the city plans to sequence work through 2028. "For those who don't know what WIFIA stands for, it's the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act," Webb said at the hearing.
