Normal council approves omnibus items, authorizes extended term for Municipal Insurance Cooperative Agency bylaws

The Normal Town Council voted Sept. 2 to approve an omnibus package that included minutes from the Aug. 18 regular meeting, a report of town expenditures for payment as of Aug. 27, 2025, and a resolution authorizing an extended term for the Municipal Insurance Cooperative Agency risk pool and approving that pool’s amended bylaws.
