Plan Commission tables Laraway FP-4-25 final plat for A & R Pipeline / TC Energy to Sept. 18

The City of Joliet Plan Commission on Aug. 21 tabled final plat FP-4-25, the Laraway A & R Pipeline / TC Energy subdivision, to the Sept. 18 Plan Commission meeting at staff’s request to allow additional time for review of the applicant’s engineering plans.
Staff introduced FP-4-25 and said the applicant’s engineering plans required more time for city review. A motion to table the item was made, seconded and passed by roll call vote with Commissioners Martin, Radakovich, Turk, Cox and Chairman Kelleher recorded as voting aye.
The petitioner was identified in staff remarks as Andrew D. Black representing A & R Pipeline / TC Energy; staff said the owner is A & R Pipeline Company. No substantive testimony or public comment on the item is recorded in the hearing; staff asked the commission to table the item to Sept. 18 so staff could complete engineering review.
The tabling delays any further action on the Laraway final plat until the next Plan Commission meeting; applicants should coordinate with Community Development and engineering staff to address outstanding plan review comments before resubmission.
