Henry Keely told the board high‑speed motorcyclists and modified vehicles have kept neighbors awake for months, describing dozens of participants and repeated police calls; the president said the police chief is aware and that staff would pursue further discussions with the department in coming days. Trustees and the manager acknowledged both issues and said staff and police will follow up with the complainants and explore enforcement or operational remedies ahead of future events.
