Kirkwood city council adopted an ordinance that readopts the city’s procedure for disclosing potential conflicts of interest and substantial interests for designated officials.
City staff introduced the item as an ordinance “readopting a procedure to disclose potential conflicts of interest and substantial interest for certain officials as set forth in chapter 2, article 1, section 2 through 5 of the Kirkwood code of ordinances.” The council held no additional substantive debate and approved the ordinance by roll-call vote.
