Council approves Cunningham at Creekmoor Fifth final plat for 36 lakefront lots

Raymore — The City Council approved the Cunningham at Creekmoor Fifth final plat, an application by Cooper Land Development to add 36 single‑family lots fronting Creekmoor Lake. Planner Mister Gress reported the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the application on Aug. 5 and voted 8–0 to accept staff’s findings and recommended approval subject to conditions. Gress said the subdivision is located in the northeast portion of the Creekmoor development near North Madison Street and is surrounded by existing phases of the development and the lake. Councilmember Delgado moved to approve the first reading of Bill 39‑84, the final plat for Cunningham at Creekmoor Fifth (Lots 128–163). The motion was seconded and carried on a unanimous roll call. Staff indicated the applicant and engineer were present to answer council questions and that the final plat approval follows the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation and the conditions in the staff report. The plat approval advances the subdivision toward recordation and subsequent lot development per city standards and the conditions of approval.
