Canade structure demolition: Staff reported utility relocation (water moved) and that electrical disconnection remained before asbestos-tested demolition. Staff said district personnel would perform demolition and turf restoration and an electrical contractor would relocate utilities. Permits and asbestos testing were complete. Painting and maintenance projects: Staff listed planned painting at Ambucks Park (restroom closure for about a week to a week-and-a-half), replacement of fascia boards in preparation, and small recent capital purchases (picnic tables, benches and door closures) recorded in the capital budget report.
