FENTON, Mo. — The City of Fenton Planning and Zoning Commission on Jan. 7 continued consideration of case 2024TXT12, a proposed text amendment to the zoning code related to the comprehensive development plan, to the next planning and zoning meeting.
Amy (community development staff) requested the continuation. The chair asked whether a motion and a vote were needed; commissioners proceeded with a voice-motion for continuation and the motion was seconded. The commission approved the continuation by voice vote and will revisit the item at a future meeting.
