The Planning and Zoning Commission on Sept. 2 approved an expansion of Wicked Finds Resale Consignment Shop’s special-use permit so the business may occupy 624 through 630 Gravois Road in Fenton’s Old Town commercial area.
Staff said the board previously approved an SUP for the business in February and the owner now seeks to expand into the adjacent units so Wicked Finds will occupy the entire building. Amy indicated that no operational changes are proposed and that parking is adequate for the expanded space.
Commissioners read conditions into the record requiring a separate occupancy permit before the expanded space may be occupied and compliance with all applicable city codes and ordinances. Chairperson Yeoman moved for approval; Commissioner Nelson seconded and the motion passed by roll call.
The owner must obtain the city occupancy permit before using the newly added addresses as part of the business.
