Staff reported that the URA budget committee received the budget message June 5 and approved the proposed biannual budget; the board then held the required public hearing and received no public testimony. "On 06/05/2025, the URA budget committee received the budget message... and on June 5, they approved the proposed biannual budget," staff member David said, and he recommended board approval.
Following a motion and second, the board approved URA Resolution 2025-005 by voice vote and recorded no amendments or conditions. The board thanked staff and adjourned the special meeting to other business.
