The Board of Aldermen of the City of Saint Ann voted to revoke special-use permit 2018-02 held by Matrian Inc., doing business as Masters Transportation, for repeated parking violations but stayed enforcement of that revocation until Aug. 31, 2025.
The vote followed a formal evidentiary hearing at which the city presented documentary evidence, photographs and sworn testimony it said showed shuttle and rental vehicles parked outside the permit’s designated area at 11140 Old Saint Charles Rock Road. Kyle Cronin, speaking for the city, said the evidence would show the permittee “has violated the conditions of its special use permit 2018-02” and “has not made or taken any substantial actions to correct those violations.”
