Town Manager Nick Wharton described the changes as routine adjustments that commonly occur after an intergovernmental authority begins operations: “Those types of agreements always require a certain amount of modification as we learn new things, dot the i’s, cross the t’s,” he said.
Wharton and the town attorney reviewed the amendment with council and said there were no controversial changes. The town attorney also reviewed the document.
