He also complained that details of his termination were circulated among city staff before he was formally notified and said he sought a second chance similar to others who had remained employed after misconduct.
Page’s remarks were received as public comment; the council took no formal action during the public‑comment period on his employment status and did not vote on a personnel matter on the record tonight.
