The revised project cost is $27,694.44, an increase of $11,943.56 that required a budget amendment (Resolution R2139 and Bill 2025‑144) and a purchase authorization (Bill 2025‑145). Pricing was sourced from a Sourcewell contract, which staff said meets city purchasing policy.
Conflict note and vote: Councilwoman Franklin recused from the votes on the budget amendment and purchase because her husband is the city’s IT director; the recusal was noted on the record. The remaining council members approved the resolution and purchase by roll-call votes.
