- Final payment to Oakey/Okay Electric of Arlington Heights, Illinois for the SCADA improvement project at the North Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $31,285. Staff said the contract was awarded on March 4, 2024, included installation of a new SCADA system and decommissioning of the old system, and a change order reduced the contract by $1,300 (from $149,000 to $147,700); final waivers of lien and certified payroll were received.

- A one‑year contract extension to Universal Concrete Grinding Inc. of Warren, Ohio for the 2025 neighborhood sidewalk trip risk mitigation program in a not‑to‑exceed amount of $20,000. Staff said Universal was the low bidder at $41.35 per sidewalk cut; staff explained grinding is used for trip hazards of 2 inches or less and replacement is used for greater offsets.
- A resolution approving the purchase of a 2026 International HV507 cab and chassis from Rush Truck Center of Springfield, Illinois and supplemental equipment from Henderson Equipment of Huntley, Illinois, through joint purchasing, in a combined total of $328,014 (funding in account 640.9964‑4347). Staff said the chassis price was $113,998 and supplemental equipment $214,016.
Each consent item was moved and seconded during committee and approved by voice vote in committee and by roll call for consent items at the Village Board. No substantive objections or public comments were recorded during consideration of these items.
