Committee members also discussed potential preventative maintenance scheduling, professional development for facilities staff and developing a catastrophic HVAC emergency plan.
The board received the report as informational. Committee members noted ongoing work to address Lincoln School traffic‑flow issues through facilities planning; no final decisions on large new starts were made at the May meeting.
