Webster Groves ARB tables 2 Springbrook Place window replacement after applicant absence and questions about grille pattern

No applicant representative was present in the work session to explain the drawings, so the board voted to table the item until the applicant could appear or provide clarification. Board members said they had driven by the house to confirm the existing condition and emphasized that because the house sits on a corner the window appearance mattered for the street-facing elevation.
