Weiss said the Willamette Town Center boundary would be adopted as shown on the Metro 2040 map with no changes. He proposed a public hearing with the planning commission on Oct. 15 (staff suggested the commission could return for a longer discussion Sept. 3 if Commissioners wanted), a council work session in November and final action in December.
